Serving Others

There is a special joy that comes from serving others. Each member of our church is involved in some intentional act of service towards others, both inside and outside the church. Whether it be serving on the worship team, working on the sound crew, preparing food, helping with kids ministry, serving on the prayer team, planning youth events, or sharing encouraging words during the service, each one serves others to help strengthen and encourage them. We believe serving others is a vital antidote to the self-centeredness that characterizes this generation. It is also an essential part of growth for followers of Christ. In our church you will find children, teenagers and adults involved in serving others in a variety of ways. This also helps give a family-like atmosphere to the church as everyone works together to help and encourage others in practical ways.

Beyond service within the church, we desire to find meaningful ways to serve the community where our church is located. We encourage whole families to be involved in this kind of practical service as well.
